Generational deal teams have extensive experience in a wide range of industries. These industries include automotive (manufacturers, wholesale distributors, auto aftermarket supplies, new and used auto dealers); business and financial services; education; energy; engineering, contracting, and construction sectors; food, beverage, and consumer products; healthcare and life sciences; industrial products, services, and manufacturing-related companies; manufacturing and fabrication; retail; technology, media, and telecom; and transportation and distribution.

Recent Successes

Several of Generational Equity’s most recent M&A successes include the December 2024 acquisition of Security Fire Systems, a provider of fire sprinkler systems and services for industries such as hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, aviation, government, and more, by private equity firm Blackford Capital, LLC. Generational also facilitated another client acquisition with Blackford Capital with the sale of Ace Controls, LLC, a provider of custom industrial control panels founded in 2005.

Generational closed a deal in early January 2025 with Merit Management Group, which purchased client Crystal Kitchen & Bath, a leader in kitchen and bath design. In addition, Generational finalized an agreement with a businessman to purchase its client, Illinois-based Graphic Engravers.
